Turning Agriculture into Advanced Materials

Overview

Our proprietary green chemistry transforms low-value crop
residue into high-performance bioplastics.

Each stage engineered to minimize waste,
maximize circularity, and derive value from underused biomass.

Process

1

Biomass Prep

We start with agricultural byproducts (like bagasse or corn stover) and mechanically refine them to maximize efficiency.

2

Extraction

We isolate the valuable Cellulose and Hemicellulose fibers from the biomass, separating out Lignin for energy use.

3

Hydrolysis

Using specialized enzymes, we break down complex fibers into simple, fermentable sugars (Glucose & Xylose)

4

Fermentation

Our proprietary bacterial strains consume these sugars to produce high-purity Lactic Acid.

5

Polymerization

In the final stage, Lactic Acid is synthesized into durable, market-ready PLA bioplastic pellets.

Why it works ?

A technology aligned
with ecological principles

Β· Leverages abundant, renewable biomass
Β· Avoids food crop dependency
Β· Low carbon impact vs. petroleum pathways
Β· Compatible with existing industrial infrastructure
Β· Modular for different regional biomass types
Β· Aligns with global environmental goals

Value Transformation

The transformation is not just
chemical β€” it is systemic

Biomass waste becomes

  • Β· PLA biopolymer
  • Β· PLA fiber
  • Β· High-value industrial inputs
  • Β· Reduced environmental load
  • Β· Regenerative material ecosystems
